This Fotis Dulos human has the nerve to ask a court to stop his mother-in-law, Gloria Farber, from kicking him out of the 14,000 square foot house that she bought for her grandchildren and her daughter, whose disappearance the police suspect Fotis Dulos and his woman Michelle Troconis to be involved in.

The word is out that Dulos didn’t make the payments on the house for over six months. Before I go on, I want y’all to just stop and think for a moment. Just think why would this woman pay off a house for a man who the police believe conspired with his paramour to make her, Farber’s daughter, disappear?

Farber would let the bank take the house if it were just in Dulos’ name. And even if the house is in Jennifer Dulos’ name, everything would still fall back on Fotis Dulos because they are still legally married and she has not been declared dead. Are y’all following me? All right, here’s where I’m taking y’all. It sounds like to me that Gloria Farber is a co-signer on the house and that everything would have fallen back on to her if the bank had taken the home.

Y’all know how these co-signer things work. If the folks whose name appear first on the loan aren’t paying, then the bank calls and writes you. In today’s time with all of this technology, the bank will even text, email, and DM you on Twitter.

Those of y’all who can afford to have that experience know how it goes. And y’all know it ain’t fun for the bank to be knocking on y’all’s doors. And that there is what more than likely happened to Mrs. Farber. She started getting all those letters and phone calls from the bank because that boy that couldn’t afford that house. Hell, he couldn’t even afford to build it. At least, that’s what the peoples are saying.

Mrs. Farber couldn’t ignore those past due notices because that there would have definitely put her multi-million dollar fortune at risk of being taken by the bank. Therefore, she did what she had to do which was to pay off that loan.

Being the “mitch” that he is, Dulos is claiming that he shouldn’t be kicked out the house that he and his construction company, Fore Group, couldn’t afford to build without his mother-in-law’s pocket book because the money that came from her for the house and the construction company was a gift.

And to add insult to injury, Fotis Dulos’ lawyer (Michael Habib) is pulling out the “dumb dumb” card trying to convince the court that his client, who hadn’t paid his house note bill in over six months, didn’t know his mother-in-law was paying off the house that she put money down on for her grandchildren, her daughter, and him to live in.

Mrs. Farber, however, says that she has documents proving that none of the above of what Dulos is claiming is true, and that he and his construction company, Fore Group, still owe her $2.5 million in loans.

The one thing that is certain is that things are falling apart for Dulos. His paramour has turned state witness. The children are with his mother-in-law. The judge granted Mrs. Farber’s lawyer’s motion to talk to the Dulos’ nanny to see what she knows about all that is going on with Fotis Dulos. And his divorce lawyers, Michael Rose in Hartford, Markowitz and Mawhinney Law Firm in Bloomfield, and John Clifford, dropped him like a bad habit after all of that evidence pointing to him as the main suspect in his wife’s disappearance hit the on-line.

Things aren’t going well for that dude. It’s just a matter of time before Fotis Dulos finds his behind doing a lifetime behind bars.
